Grand Saline – Police in Grand Saline have arrested two suspects in the robbing of a city bank. 32 year old Carl Ray Davis surrendered to authorities late Tuesday afternoon.
He allegedly escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash Monday after robbing the Mineola Community Bank branch at gunpoint.
The accused getaway driver, 40 year old Jay Scott McEvers was arrested on an unrelated charge of possession of a controlled substance.
