FANNIN COUNTY - The whereabouts of an escaped inmate from Fannin County were still unclear as of Wednesday morning after the man apparently took off in a county employee’s vehicle the day before.
45-year-old Jimmy Lee Brock is a described as a 5’8’’ white male who weighs approximately 160 pounds and has several tattoos.
The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. while Brock was performing work detail alongside FM 1396 near Honey Grove. The vehicle he reportedly stole is a 2008 gold Chevy Impala with handicapped Texas plates LP9-DPKZ.He was last seen wearing an orange jumpsuit and brown jacket and possibly had a tan shirt under the jumpsuit.
