U.S. Military Member set for Court Appearance

A court appearance in Midland is set for a U.S. Military member authorities caught with explosives in his luggage on New Year’s Eve.

 According to investigators, 30-year-old Trey Atwater tried going through a security checkpoint at Midland International Airport with explosives in military-grade wrapping.
