Hunt County – This weekend consists of a number of veterans celebrations throughout Hunt County. The annual Veterans Vigil on the campus of Texas A&M University-Commerce began Thursday and continues through tomorrow. Also Saturday, a Veterans Day parade is scheduled in Point, beginning at 11 a.m. The annual Hunt County Veterans Day celebration is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday on the north side of the Hunt County Courthouse in Greenville. Several school districts in the County will also hold special recognitions of the holiday on Tuesday.
