Commerce – The City of Commerce is seeking volunteers for both the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment.

The P&Z Commission meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. Responsibilities include planning for zoning ordinances and making recommendations to the council regarding those regulations. Only one person is being sought for the Commission. Term length is two years.

Board of Adjustment responsibilities includes hearing and deciding upon administrative appeals made by any one person. Up to three people are being sought to the Board, who meet on an as needed basis. Term length is also two years.
