Greenville – An arraignment has been waived in connection with a local abduction from nearly three years ago.
The defense attorney for Damien Lattier Patton, of Greenville, filed a waiver of arraignment and not guilty plea Monday.
Patton is alleged to have used a firearm to abduct a female victim in January 2008. He's charged with aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon.
