Warrant amnesty/roundup

By Kevin Jefferies

Commerce – A reminder that a warrant amnesty program is in effect in Commerce. Cost of outstanding warrants could be reduced anywhere from 10 to 50 percent. Those that do not take advantage of the amnesty program just may be rounded up as part of the Great Texas Warrant Roundup that begins March 3rd. More than 150 law enforcement agencies across Texas, including Commerce and Hunt County, will be participating in the roundup that continues through March 10th.

You can check outstanding warrants through the City of Commerce website at www.commerce-tx.com.
