Where's the December Weather?

Daniel Starks
/
KETR

It's the first full week of December, and temperatures are in the 80s, and seasonable temperatures aren't in the short-term forecast.

Monday calls for partly sunny skies with highs near 80 and gusty winds as high as 30 mph. Showers and thunderstorms are possible late Monday night and early Tuesday morning.

Thankfully we will have a SMALL relief from the unseasonably warm weather by Tuesday afternoon as a cool front will move into the region dropping temperatures into the low 70s, but that won't last for long, as the highs will get back up again to the mid 70s by next week.

Stay with KETR for the latest weather information, we WILL let you know when December is on its way!

Stay safe.
