Hunt County – A Lamar County woman, who was already facing trial in a reported high speed chase last summer, has pleaded not guilty to aggravated robbery involving the same incident.
A judge Monday set a tentative trial date on three charges for January 4 for Vicki Dawn Szalay, of Sumner. Szalay had been facing trial Monday on indictments of child endangerment and evading arrest, for which she had also pleaded not guilty. Those cases were reset.
The three charges all are in connection with a pursuit in July 2008 following a reported robbery at Crossroads Mall in Greenville.
