Sulphur Springs – A Red River County girl was listed in critical condition Tuesday after a tragic accident at the Hopkins County Civic Center.
Five-year-old Dixie Tabb, of Bogota, was reportedly kicked in the head by a horse at the Equine Pavilion. Officials say she was leading a horse into the pavilion when she was kicked by another horse.
Tabb was transported to Children's Hospital in Dallas.
