1. Snickers -- A candy bar with substance. These peanut-filled chocolate bars are filling enough that kids may only be able to eat a few of them. Then again, you shouldn't underestimate the appetite of Halloween-crazed kids.
2. Nerds -- Basically, they are pure sugar coated with sugar. Nerds can be both fun and annoying due to the obnoxious rattling sound made by shaking the box. The best are the standard strawberry flavor.
Thanks Adam Haney and Michael Martinez for stopping by and chatting with us on the show!
We had a great time with them and look forward to getting to meet more of the senators of SGA in the future! Plus lots of great stuff SGA is taking care of at the moment including the crosswalk at the intersection that crosses to Wal-Mart and then there's an great Mardi Gras Party to look forward to complements of SGA!
We had a great time on Sunday at the State Fair of Texas! Me, Heather, and David got to try out all these great things we've been hearing about at the state fair! We met some great people who were very fair savvy!
So I don't know about you guys, but I'm super excited for Halloween :]
It's a great holiday for me, as it involves 2 of my favorite things: playing dress up, and candy. However, I seem to be the only one here at Lions After Dark who is prepared for the festivities, as Gaby and David do not even have a costume picked out yet. My friends and I will be going to Thrillvania as a group of Mario characters (I'll be Peach).
Maybe Gaby & David will get some ideas on the show tonight when we look at this year's most popular costumes.
