It's Homecoming Week at A&M-Commerce

Texas A&M University-Commerce Alumni Relations director Derryle Peace says besides the annual homecoming celebration, it's also the University's 125th anniversary and the 50th anniversary of desegregation at A&M-Commerce, then East Texas State College.  Events include a bonfire and fireworks Friday night at 9, a parade Saturday morning at 10, and the homecoming football game with McMurry at 4 p.m. Saturday.

Loss to Angelo State still a win for Lions

Vernon Johnson became just the second player in Lion program history to record 1,000 receiving yards in a single season and has tied the program record with 12 receiving touchdowns

On today's Look at the Lions segment, Joshua Jorgensen discussed with the guys the heartbreaking loss to Angelo State on Saturday, and how it was still a win for the fans.

Jorgensen and the Locker Room crew also discussed the new Lionathletics.com, and Coach Carthel's meteoric rise to the top of the poll in the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year fan vote. Cooper, Taylor and Jordan ended the show with a brief chat on the NBA season.
