Schools on their own to avoid double-testing math

Texas' eight-graders may have to take two math tests at the end of each year. One math test for their regular math assessment and another to fit Texas' new algebra I comprehension requirements.

Anglin describes decision, challenges at PJC

Paris Junior College president Pamela Anglin will be at the school for the forseeable future - but it didn't look that way one month ago.

In October, Anglin announced her decision to leave to go work for Blinn College in Brenham. But just last week, Anglin announced that she had decided to stay.
