According to Steven Moore of the Texas A&M University System, the post of president and CEO at Texas A&M University-Texarkana has been resigned by Dr. C.B. Rathburn, III.
COMMERCE – Former Texas A&M University-Commerce president Dr. Keith McFarland will serve as acting provost and vice president of academic affairs at Texas Woman's University beginning March 1.
The President Emeritus will take over for TWU's provost Dr. Kay Clayton, who is leaving due to health reasons and will retire in August.
