Grammy-Award winning Commerce musician and producer Brad Davis is remastering original "Louisiana Hayride" radio recordings from the 1950s, including programs featuring a young Elvis Presley.  Brad also is on board to be the musical director of a new "Louisiana Hayride" television program that's now in development.

A bluegrass tribute album to country music legend George Jones by Commerce-based Grammy-Award winning music producer and musician Brad Davis is in the running for a Grammy Award.  And Brad will be the music director of a proposed network TV revival of the legendary Louisiana Hayride.  Plus, he has a new recording and tour in the works with Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters.

Grammy-Award winning music producer, guitarist, and singer-songwriter Brad Davis says "the more the merrier" when it comes to the expected opening of a facility for area musicians in the old A.L. Day Elementary School building, under the flag of the New Orleans-based Tipitina's organization.  Brad says he is extremely busy producing music by new artists in his downtown Commerce recording studio.  And he says he'll be the host for a new Louisiana Hayride TV and radio program produced in Shreveport.
