ROCKWALL - Ahead of Tuesday’s primary election, 89-year-old Congressman Ralph Hall took time to skydive over the weekend to celebrate Memorial Day.
There have been some changes in the lineup of candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives in District 4, as one name was left off the list.
