The women's basketball team of Texas A&M University-Commerce will try to get their first win in 2013'-14 in a matchup against the team that they last beat in Abilene Christian. The win was in last season's Lone Star Conference Tournament Quaterfinal in Allen with the Lions winning, 80-79. Furious second half rally comes up short as Lions fall 81-79

Trailing by double digits midway through the second half, Texas A&M University-Commerce used a fierce rally to pull even with A&M International in the final minute. But a Dustdevil lay-up as the clock struck triple zeros thwarted the comeback attempt as the Lions fell 81-79 in the 2013-14 home opener at the Field House.

Lions drop 85-83 heartbreaker to Savage Storm
